With a range of wax injection equipment and a purpose designed wax injection suite Blayson are able to supply injected wax runner and gating systems, typically Blayson will receive the autoclave wax from the customer and reclaim this wax to the agreed specification, making any virgin raw material additions required, and then inject the wax into the customer tool allowing the customer to receive their recycled wax back in ready to assemble forms.

Blayson also offers the injection and supply of soluble wax cores ready for customer use and offers the facility for customers to carry out any required injection trials at Blayson, negating the need to impact on customer production at their own facility.
